Cora often asks to take her umbrella on walks-- rain or shine. I usually insist that we stick to rainy days since the umbrella can be it's own issue sometime. We have had a lot of rain lately, and decided to go puddle hunting today. Cora was delighted, especially since she got new rain boots for Christmas. So off we went!

When we would hit stretches of our neighborhood with no puddles she would quiz us. " Where are my puddles?" When she saw the big one there was no need for encouragement. This story nearly ends with her faceplanting in a very large puddle, but she did manage to regain her balance at the last second. Once her pants were soaked she let her sweet daddy carry her home to get some hot chocolate.
While drinking our chocolate Cora said "Toast!" and clinked glasses with us. It was a great evening.
P.S. I think my favorite part of this video is Cora saying "cheese!" she thinks the camera is taking a picture, and you get a good look at the goofy smile she makes while in picture mode.

What an adorable little girl. Ellie is sad she wasn't there to join her.
She is too cute. Try rain pants to kick it up a notch.
Nothin' could be finer than to be in Carolina with that darlin...........

Cora is a very cute girl, and Lilly enjoyed watching the video. She watched it over and over and still asked to watch it again.
