The quick demise of my so called Halloween costume

Right before our ward Halloween party Samuel and I were discussing costumes.

Sam: Mommy, what are you going to be?
Me: I don't really have a costume, Sam.
Sam: You HAVE to dress up!
Me: Well, I guess I have that Koala hat I could wear...
Sam: I want to be a Koala!

So my boy was no longer a monkey, and I wore a gray shirt to kind of look like his koala mommy.
For the actual Halloween celebration we made pumpkin soup, and served it out of our pumpkin we never carved. Then Sam actually wore his Monkey outfit, and Cora dressed as Rapunzel. It was a wonderful evening!
